The Board of Directors of the Wilbur and Creston School Districts are holding community forums on

Monday, December 12th and Tuesday, December 13th from 6:00-7:00

pm. The purpose of the forums will be to learn about the

superintendent search process and provide input on the next

superintendent. The forum held at Creston

School will be in the school library on Monday December 12th at

6:00 pm, and the forum at Wilbur School will

be in the gym at 6:00 pm on Tuesday December 13th

School Board Goals

The Creston School Board of Directors believes that the five most important goals are:

·     Through purposeful planning and development of sound curriculum, instruction and assessments, Creston Schools will develop learning options for all students in K-12 grades so that each graduate will have the capacity to be successful in their lives after high school. 
 
·     Creston Schools will nurture creativity and a love of learning.
  
·     Creston Schools will promote a sense of success and self-worth.
  
·     Creston Schools will develop programs so that all students have the opportunity to practice skills and apply life skills.
   
·     Creston Schools will maintain a system that is fiscally responsible and stable.

  • Substitute School Bus Drivers Needed

    Creston School District is hiring for the following position.

    Substitute school bus drivers.

    Bus driver training will be conducted soon for qualified applicants who are in good health and possess a clear driving record.  FBI and WSP background checks are required for school employees. Pre- employment drug test required.   District applications may be submitted to Creston School District, S.E. 485 E. ST. There is a likelihood that times will change as a result of new families moving to our school district.
